Jr. Warden’s Report – Kim reported that Bay Alarm had installed the new alarm system.

Kim stated that she had been informed by Bill’s Lawn Service that the tree near the rectory needs to be trimmed because the leaves are filling up the roof gutters of the rectory.

There is dry rot in the bell tower.

Kim will be in touch with Tom about perhaps getting the SSP kids to paint inside the rectory.
