Outreach is the work we do that stretches outside our walls and into a world of need.

Feed the Hungry Community Meal

Every Wednesday from 4:30-6 pm for the past 19 years St. Paul’s has served between 125-150 hot, healthy meals to anyone who walks through our doors.  This is possible because of a great group of dedicated volunteers from St. Paul’s and members of Heritage Presbyterian Church and the Benicia Kiwanis Club and donations from the community.  Everyone is welcome for dinner. Volunteers are always needed to help with the Food Bank pick up on Mondays and to help in the kitchen.  If you can help two hours once a month, we can use you!
Grateful, Glad & Giving

The mission of Grateful, Glad & Giving is to point out the blessings that God has given us.  We respond with gratitude for the people, places and experiences in our lives.  We celebrate our gladness with open hearts to share our blessings with others through prayer and action.

Grateful, Glad & Giving provides opportunities to share our blessings with those who live in our community through some ongoing programs.

The Giving Tree allows us to give a Benicia child the gift of a wonderful Christmas surprise.

Fifth Sunday Food Bags are collected four times a year whenever a month has a 5th Sunday.

The Backpack Project  is our annual collection of backpacks and school supplies for Benicia children who otherwise would not have these items for the start of school.

Grateful, Glad and Giving is a fun and truly rewarding ministry. Meetings are on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 pm in the back of the Parish Office.  If you are intrigued, come to a meeting or call the church office at (707) 745-0307.

Party of Parties

Party of Parties, or PoP for short, is an annual spring fundraiser for St. Paul’s general fund.  Money donated during this event goes to general expenses of running the church.  Every year, parishioners host a themed party of their choosing.  During our Party of Parties gala, people then buy tickets to whatever party interests them.  The proceeds for the ticket sales are then added to the church’s general fund.  It’s a wonderful way to meet new people and enjoy new experiences!

TGIFF

TGIFF, or Thank God it’s Fourth Friday, is one of the many social ministries at
St. Paul’s.  TGIFF is an adult gathering that happens on the 4th Friday of every month.  It’s an evening for people to relax, enjoy beverages and appetizers,
visit with friends and meet new people. Members take turns hosting the event and everyone contributes to beverages, food, conversation and laughs. It’s a
very casual way to reconnect or meet people if new to the parish. Opportunities to host one of our monthly events will be offered at our January 26, 2018 TGIFF.
